Service Description

Location: 339 E 3900 S, SLC UT 84107 (will be parked at the back east side of the building) If you are 40 or more, join us for your annual 3D screening mammogram, which is meant to detect breast cancer early, when it is most treatable! Appointments are 15 minutes each, and we accept most insurance plans. If you are not insured, you may qualify for a free 3D screening mammogram (check here for details: https://cancer.utah.gov/do-i-qualify/). If you do not have insurance and do not qualify for the program, the self pay rate is $299. If you are under 40, you may still qualify for an exam based on family history - call in advance (866-747-2662)!
