Location: 11762 State St STE 220, Draper, UT 84020 If you are 40 and up and have not had a screening mammogram in the last year, book your 15-minute 3D mammogram at the offices of Premier Plastic Surgery Group! We accept most insurance plans - call 866-747-2662 for details! If you are under 40 and considering reconstruction, you may wish to have baseline breast imaging and/or genetic testing to assess your breast cancer risk! Self pay rates are: $399 for a 3D dense breast ultrasound screen $299 for 3D screening mammogram, and $379 for a saliva genetic testing panel (cancer risk, heart disease, & more) Note that this is for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
