We accept most insurance plans for mammography (Select Health, Blue Cross, Aetna, and more). Call 866-747-2662 for details If you are not insured, the self-pay rate is $329.00. If this is too costly, you may qualify for a FREE screen through the Utah Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program. Check the criteria here: https://cancer.utah.gov/do-i-qualify/ Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
