Location: Moab Free Health Clinic, 121 W 200 S Suite A, Moab, UT 84532 The Boob Bus will be providing mammograms and dense breast ultrasounds to the women of Moab Monday, April 20 through Wednesday, April 22. We will be in the parking lot of the Moab Free Health Clinic. If you do not have insurance, please contact the Moab Free Health Clinic to book an appointment for a mammogram and/or pap smear for Monday 4/20 or Tuesday 4/21. If you have insurance, please use this webpage to book online for Wednesday 4/22. We accept most insurance plans and will contact you in advance if you are expected to have any copayment. Our self-pay rate for 3D screening mammograms is $349. In addition, we offer a 3D dense breast ultrasound screen if you know that you have type C or D dense tissue. This is a self-pay service only for $399. Note that our services are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
