Location: Moab Free Health Clinic, 121 W 200 S Suite A, Moab, UT 84532 The Boob Bus will be providing mammograms and dense breast ultrasounds to the women of Moab Monday, April 21 through Wednesday, April 23. We will be in the parking lot of the Moab Free Health Clinic. You may book an appointment online for either Monday 4/21 or Wednesday 4/23 from 9am-1pm. If you do not see an appointment time that will work for you, please contact our team at The Boob Bus by calling 866-747-2662. Our services are for screening purposes, done as a routine preventative healthcare exam. We offer 3D screening mammography, which should be done annually for women 40 & up (and possibly earlier based on family history). In addition, we offer a 3D dense breast ultrasound screen if you know that you have type C or D dense tissue. We accept most insurance plans, and our self pay rates are $299 for mammogram or $399 for ultrasound. During booking, please specify your insurance carrier and plan name; we will call you if we cannot accept the plan. If you are not insured and believe you may qualify as low income, call the Utah Breast and Cervical Cancer Program: https://cancer.utah.gov/do-i-qualify/ Note that our services are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
