Get your mammogram and receive a "Pink Drink" voucher, for a free drink post mammogram. We accept most insurance plans such as Select Health, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, and more (exclusions include EMI & PEHP Advantage Plan). Call 866-747-2662 for details or the Central Utah Health Department as vouchers for free mammograms may be available. If you are not yet 40 years, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. Self pay rates are: $329 for 3D screening mammogram (15 minutes) $399 for 3D dense breast ultrasound (40 minutes) Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
