Who: Employees and friends of Myriad Genetics What: 3D Screening Mammogram Services When: Friday, February 28, from 9:30am-3pm Where: 322 North 2200 West, SLC, UT 84116 If you are 40 and older and have not had a screening mammogram in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram with us! Mammograms are the best way to detect cancer early, while it is most treatable. If you are under 40 and at a higher-than-average risk for breast cancer based on family history, personal history, and/or gene carrier status, you may still be eligible (call us at 866-747-2662 to discuss). Myriad employees (or their partners) who are 40 and older with the company insurance plan (either Select Health or Regence) will be covered at 100% with no copays or deductibles for screening mammograms. Note that these appointments are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended, but you may be able to have an ultrasound if you are empty.
