If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram and/or dense breast ultrasound on The Boob Bus in South Jordan. We accept most insurance plans for mammography (Select Health, Blue Cross, Aetna, CIGNA and more). Call 866-747-2662 for details (Exclusions include EMI, Tricare, and PEHP Advantage). If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. Self pay rates are: $399 for a 3D dense breast ultrasound screen (30 minutes) $329 for 3D screening mammogram (15 minutes) Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
