Call in advance to discuss insurance pricing for the 3D screening mammogram (we are currently in network with SelectHealth, Aetna, Blue Cross, U of U Health Plans, PEHP Summit plans and a few other insurers). Excluded health plans include EMI Health, PEHP Advantage, & Tricare. We are also out of network with Cigna and UHC currently. Breast Imaging is for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should book a diagnostic exam). **If you are nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended; however, if you are empty you may have a breast ultrasound.
