Where: Family Healthcare, 2276 E Riverside Dr, St. George, UT 84790 When: Saturday, September 6 from 8am-1pm and Tuesday September 9 from 9am-2pm Who: Women aged 40 and up who have not had their annual screening mammogram! If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram on The Boob Bus! We accept most insurance plans for mammography, including all Molina Healthcare plans. We are also in-network with Select Health, Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, PEHP Summit Plan, UHC Medicare Advantage, Optum AARP Medicare Advantage, and more. Exclusions include EMI, Tricare, PEHP Advantage, and a few others. We are not yet in network commercial UHC plans; out of network deductibles may apply. Call 866-747-2662 for details. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. The self-pay rate for a 3D screening mammogram is $329. Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
