If you are under 40 and have not had a mammogram in over a year -- or are under 40 and at higher risk for breast -- you may also be eligible for screening. Self pay prices are: $399 for a 3D dense breast ultrasound screen $299 for 3D screening mammogram Note that breast imaging is for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
