Location: Valley West Health 323 N Main Street, Tooele, UT 84074 If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram and/or dense breast ultrasound on The Boob Bus in collaboration with Valley West Health! We accept most insurance plans for mammography. We are in-network with Select Health, Blue Cross, PEHP Summit Plan, and more. Exclusions include EMI, Tricare, PEHP Advantage, and a few others. We are not yet in network with UHC or Cigna and out of network deductibles may apply. Call 866-747-2662 for details. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. The self-pay rate for a 3D mammogram is $299. Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
