Location: 1655 Campus Center Drive, Salt Lake City, Utah 84112 (behind the Garff Education Building) If you are under 40 and have not had a mammogram in over a year -- or are under 40 and at higher risk for breast cancer -- book an appointment with us on Wednesday 3/26! We work with most insurance companies (call for details) and self pay rates are: $299 for 3D screening mammogram $399 for a 3D dense breast ultrasound screen Note that this is for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
