Mammograms are the best way to detect cancer early, while it is most treatable. Costco employees (or their partner/spouse) who are 35 or older with the company Aetna will be covered at 100% with no copays or deductibles! If you are at a higher-than-average risk for breast cancer, you may still be eligible for a mammogram and/or genetic testing (call/text Rena at 217-313-0746 to discuss). Note that these appointments are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended, but you may be able to have an ultrasound if you are empty.
