Who: Employees and partners of Davis School District What: 3D Screening Mammogram Services When: Monday, July 21, 2025 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Where: 100 N and 100 E, Farmington, UT 84025 (where IHC bus was in April) Insurance: We are fully covered for screening mammograms with Select Health, Aetna Open Access, PEHP Summit, and Blue Cross Plans If you are 40 and older and have not had a screening mammogram in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram with us! Mammograms are the best way to detect cancer early, while it is most treatable. If you are under 40 and at a higher-than-average risk for breast cancer, you may still be eligible (call/text us at 866-747-2662 to discuss). Note that these appointments are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended, but you may be able to have an ultrasound if you are empty.
