Location: Maverik Center 3200 S Decker Lake Dr If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram on The Boob Bus in collaboration with Grizzlies Fight Cancer! We accept most insurance plans for mammography. Call or text 866-747-2662 for details. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. The self-pay rate for a 3D mammogram is $349. Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
