We are in-network with your employer's insurance. A transportation fee ($42.41) may apply, depending on your Blue Cross plan and deductible (no fees for Select Health insurance carriers). Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
