Who: Employees and partners of Weave What: 3D Screening Mammogram Services When: Monday, October 27th, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Where: 1331 W Powell Way, Lehi, UT 84043 If you are 35 and older and have not had a screening mammogram in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram with us! Mammograms are the best way to detect cancer early, while it is most treatable. If you are under 35 and at a higher-than-average risk for breast cancer, you may still be eligible (call 866-747-2662 to discuss). Weave employees (or their partners) with Select Health will be covered at 100% with no copays or deductibles for the 3D screening mammogram! Note that these appointments are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended, but you may be able to have an ultrasound if you are empty.
