Location: ABC 4 Studios 2175 W 1700 S Salt Lake City, UT 84104 If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram and/or dense breast ultrasound on The Boob Bus in West Valley City. We accept most insurance plans including SelectHealth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare and more. Call or text 866-747-2662 for details (Exclusions include EMI, Tricare, and Humana). We are not in-network with UHC Commercial plans, out-of network benefits will apply. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. Self pay rates are: $349 for 3D screening mammogram (15 minutes) Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
