Who: Employees and partners of Silver King Beverage Co What: 3D Screening Mammogram Services When: Wednesday, 3/25/26 from 12:00pm-6:30pm Where: Silver King Beverage Co. - 5454 W 150 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104 If you are 35 and older and have not had a screening mammogram in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram with us! Silver King Beverage employees (or their partners) with company sponsored insurance will be covered at 100%. We take most insurance plans, please see the "Payment & Insurance" section on our website for details. If you are under 35 and at a higher-than-average risk for breast cancer, you may still be eligible (call or text 866-747-2662 to discuss). Note that these appointments are for screening only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam).
