Location: Copperview Medical Center 3556 W 9800 S South Jordan, UT 84095 If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram on The Boob Bus in collaboration with Copperview Medical Center! We accept most insurance plans for mammography. We are in-network with Molina, all Select Health Plans, Blue Cross/Regence, most Aetna plans, all PEHP Plans, AARP Medicare Advantage, Optum, Cigna and more. Exclusions include EMI, Tricare, and a few others. We are not yet in network with UHC commercial plans so out of network deductibles may apply. Call or text 866-747-2662 for details. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. The self-pay rate for a 3D mammogram is $349. Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
