If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket for your baseline evaluation. Self pay rates are: $ 349 for 3D screening mammogram (15 minutes) Up to $299 for genetic testing ($50 consult fee and up to $249 lab fee) Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
