Location: Jolley's Pharmacy 8806 S Redwood Rd STE 102 West Jordan, UT 84088 If you are 40 and up and have not had breast imaging in the last year, book your 3D screening mammogram and/or dense breast ultrasound on The Boob Bus in collaboration with Jolley's Pharmacy! We accept most insurance plans for mammography. We are in-network with Select Health, Blue Cross, PEHP, Optum/AARP Medicare Advantage, Cigna and more. Exclusions include EMI and Tricare and a few others. We are not yet in network with UHC commercial plans and out of network deductibles may apply. Call or text 866-747-2662 or visit the "Insurance & Payment" page on our website for details. If you are not yet 40, you may still qualify for breast imaging and/or may wish to pay out of pocket. The self-pay rate for a 3D mammogram is $349. Note that this is for SCREENING only (if you have a lump, breast pain, or other concerns you should speak with your provider and schedule a diagnostic exam). **If you are pregnant or nursing/breastfeeding, a screening mammogram is not recommended.
